Andretti Samuel, a fifth-generation St. Johnian, has had the opportunity of acquiring a great understanding and appreciation for the Island. Her love for St. John as well as her passion for Real Estate, has helped her grow and provide sound advice to her clients and customers.

As a licensed real estate agent of the U.S Virgin Islands, a member of the National Association of Realtors, and past St. John Board of Realtors President. She is obligated to be committed to the Realtor Code of Ethics, increase her knowledge about the developments in real estate, and take continuing education courses in real estate.

Her prior work history as a Loan Officer has helped her develop a strong understanding of the financial aspects of purchasing real estate. With her knowledge of the banking industry, she is able to guide her customers in getting prepared to apply for financing, if needed.

In her spare time, you can find her on a boat sailing to her second home, Jost Van Dyke with her family, spear fishing, or helping out at her family’s car rental company: Aqua Blu Car Rental.
